To be eligible for a return/exchange, you must notify us at email@example.com within 24 hours of you receiving your item(s) with a proof of purchase, description and visual proof of the condition the item(s). Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some of our products are exempt from being returned. Found/Vintage items cannot be returned due to the nature of which these items are truly vintage and are all different. These are very unique pieces that are found aged. Since they are vintage, these items will usually not be in perfect condition.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
All sales are final for sale items. Only damaged items would be eligible for exchange.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 7837 Highway 17 Fleming Island, Florida US 32003.
All packaging and shipping is done from in-house by Laine & Layne, The Home Co. Since we are a small shop and it is all done by the two of us, orders are packaged on Tuesdays and shipped out on Wednesdays of each week. If an order is placed after 12pm EST on Tuesday, that order will be in the next week's shipments (The next Wednesday)
